Legal assessment comes first
Handling an access-to-records request requires an assessment of the request and the documents collected. At the fair, we will demonstrate how Juris Aktindsigt supports the review of exemptions, consideration of additional disclosure and preparation of a reasoned draft response.
Juris helps prepare the assessment with relevant legal sources and a record of the process. A caseworker or legal professional reviews the proposals; the authority makes the decision.

The screenshot above shows the initial assessment in a demo case. The recommendation appears alongside its reasoning and points requiring attention. The subsequent steps include approval of the assessment and search plan, review of exemptions and additional disclosure, and a draft response.
