Juris Legal ApS
Privacy policy.
Read how we process personal data when you book a demo or contact us through juris.legal.
1. Data controller
Juris Legal ApS is the controller of the personal data processed when you submit a demo request, join the Bookstore pilot or contact us through the website.
2. Data and purposes
When you use the demo form or join the Bookstore pilot, we process your name, email, organisation and the other information you provide. We use the data to handle your enquiry, prepare a relevant demo or contact you about the pilot.
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the demo form from misuse. The forms also use a short-lived pseudonymous record to limit repeated submissions.
3. Legal basis
When you request a demo or join the pilot with a view to a possible agreement, we process the data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
When you contact us on behalf of an organisation, processing may also take place under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to answer relevant business enquiries and follow up on the demo or pilot requested by the organisation.
4. Providers and recipients
We use processors to operate the form and deliver the enquiry:
- Cloudflare provides the website, form functionality, security and Turnstile.
- Resend sends the form enquiry to Juris by email.
- Microsoft 365 receives and stores the enquiry in our business inbox.
The providers process data under contract and according to our instructions. If personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, the transfer takes place under a valid transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
We retain the data until the enquiry has been fully handled and any follow-up is complete. Data needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim may be retained for as long as the relevant claim can be brought. If the dialogue leads to a customer relationship, relevant data follows the retention periods applicable to that relationship.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or data portability. If processing is based on our legitimate interest, you may object to the processing.
Email support@juris.legal to exercise your rights. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
